Breakfast is great – with skilled chefs who can perform live cooking and make delicious Chinese noodles right in front of you. the staff are polite and courteous – with a special shout-out to William, who goes above and beyond to assist guests.

The temperature of the indoor swimming pool is quite inconsistent and cannot always be trusted for an enjoyable swim.

We liked the fact that we chose suzhou marriott. Wu Zhong neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention. We could easily park onsite. We were in front of Tianping Mountain

400 feet away there is Alto Vino, where you can dine. Location very close to Tianping Mountain and easy access to Xietang Old Street...

Luxurious amenities and great service Staying at this hotel was a very luxurious experience. the room was equipped with exclusive amenities, including a relaxing sauna and a well, maintained swimming pool. the staff provided impeccable service, always going above and beyond to cater to my needs. From in, room breakfast to visits to the Spa & wellness center, everything was top, notch.

Although the quality of the food was excellent, the menu was somewhat limited, and the selection of snacks at the bar was also quite modest.

The hotel had a good location as it was near my business meetings and it had reliable Wi-Fi. The gym facilities were also good enough to get a decent workout in after a long day of business.

The room was small and not very clean. The staff was also not very attentive or welcoming, which made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest.
